Upon termination of an account, any genuine (non-bonus) balance remaining after the resolution of any pending investigations, chargebacks, or compliance holds will be refunded to the user via their most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. Bonus balances and any winnings generated from unsatisfied wagering requirements are not returnable upon account termination for breach.
